This week is all about the greens! Collard greens, lettuce greens, braising mix(all greens), kale, and cilantro. We also got brocolli, red potatoes and beets. The green mix has mustard greens mixed in, I didn't know and ate a large chunk. Woah!!! It was like eating a spoon full of dijon mustard. I am not a fan of mustard. I will, however, put them on my black bean burger tomorrow night. Not a lot but just enough to get the flavor.
