Started with a bunch a fresh veggies including spinach and water chestnuts. I baked the tofu (firm, drained and cut into slices) at 400 degrees for forty minutes, flipping in between. The finished product was very good. I doubt many would even notice it's tofu. Sam liked it too! I'm thinking, though, with not eating the heavy meat I may feel more hungry until my body adjusts. I'm very excited it turned out so well. Very flavorful.
