Salad and baked chickpeas

Simple dinner this evening. Salad with balsamic vinegar dressing, whole wheat bread with a little Earth Balance non-dairy butter, and baked chickpeas. I love big salads, this one I ended up putting the chickpeas on it, so tasty!
