I got home a tad late this evening therefore had no idea what to do about dinner, I just knew I was hungry! This is what I came up with. Couscous with veggies. I made a little sauce with black bean garlic sauce and Bragg's aminos, added garlic, garam masala, a little bit of ancho chili powder, salt, pepper and basil. Served it all on a bed of baby spinach and there is dinner. It was pretty darn good. Sam was a fan and suggested we keep sliced almonds on hand for dinners like this. Mmmm...tasty!
